How to Change Your Account Settings

If you’re struggling to locate specific settings, this guide will walk you through the steps to customize your account settings in OttoMatey. Most settings can be accessed through your dashboard, and tailoring them to your needs ensures a seamless user experience.


Accessing Account Settings

  1. Navigate to the Settings Tab: On your dashboard, click the Settings tab in the left-hand menu.

  2. Explore the different sections to find specific settings you can adjust.


Account Settings

In this section, you can:

  • Update Password: Change your LinkedIn account password.

  • Verify Account Type: Confirm your account type and monitor subscription status.

  • View SSI Score: Track your Social Selling Index.

  • Configure Inbox Sync Interval: Adjust the synchronization period for your LinkedIn Inbox during and outside operating hours.

Example: If the synchronization interval is set to 20 minutes, the system syncs messages only at the specified interval, even if new messages arrive in between.

Reasons for longer intervals:

  • No active campaigns.

  • Less frequent syncing during non-operating hours.

  • Proxy-related issues. Contact Customer Support for assistance.

Manual Refresh Options:

  • Refresh a specific conversation: Locate the conversation in the Inbox, click the three-dot menu, and select Refresh dialog.

  • Refresh the Inbox manually: Press the synchronization button in the Inbox.

Delete Account:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete Account to permanently remove your account.


Account Limits

Customize your campaign and outreach limits in this section:

  • Views of Profiles: number of profiles viewed per day

    Connection Requests: number of connection requests sent per day

    Messages: number of messages sent out per day

    *Please note that when a campaign includes a Send message step following a Send connection request step, the message will only be sent once the connection request has been accepted. Consequently, the actual number of messages delivered may vary from the number set in the limits.

    InMails: number of InMails sent out per day

    Pages Searched: number of pages searched per day

    When the Instant searches setting is toggled on, the Pages Searched limit becomes inactive and the search continues until all profiles included in the link are added.

    Event Invites: number of invites sent per day

    Comments: number of comments left per day

    Emails: number of emails sent per day

    SMS: number of SMS sent per day

    Voicemails: number of voicemails sent per day

    At the bottom of the section, you can set the limit of InMails sent using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You can find out more about InMails here.

  • Warming-Up Settings: Gradually increase daily actions during initial setup.

Note:

  • Limits apply across all campaigns.

  • Actions like "Send message" only occur after connection requests are accepted, so message delivery may vary.


Account Location

Manage your:

  • Time Zone

  • System Operating Hours

  • Custom Proxy: Choose a proxy country or configure a specific proxy.


Blacklist

Exclude specific keywords from campaign searches by:

  • Manually entering keywords.

  • Uploading a CSV file.

Pending Connections

Set rules for managing pending connections:

  • Specify the number of oldest pending profiles to delete.

  • Limit the total number of pending connections.

  • Withdrawn requests move the profile to the "NEW" section with a notification. Reconnection is possible after three weeks.


Signatures

Create and manage custom email signatures:

  • Add new signatures.

  • Incorporate images into signatures.
