Getting Started with Voicemail Drops
When creating a new campaign, follow these steps to add a Voicemail Drop:
Select Voicemail Drop:
In the campaign creation flow, choose the Voicemail Drop option from the list of Dialer steps.
Accept Terms of Service:
Review and agree to the Terms of Service and Terms of Use before proceeding.
Record or Upload a Voicemail:
Save Your Voicemail:
Personalize Your Voicemail Drop:
Add text using placeholders.
Incorporate waiting time between steps.
Enable manual step approval if needed.
Save the Step:
Once everything is set, click Save Step to include the voicemail in your campaign.
US & Canada Only: Voicemail Drops are currently available for recipients in the United States and Canada.
Managing Your Voicemails
To view, upload, or manage your voicemails:
Navigate to Settings:
Add New Voicemail:
Click + Add New Voicemail to upload a pre-recorded file or record a new one directly.
Edit or Delete Voicemails:
Upgrade Required: This feature is available on the Scale plan or higher.
