Recording Videos in Campaign Steps

Navigate to the "Send Message" step of your campaign. You’ll see an option to include a video.

- Videos can also be added to any text-based step, such as Send Connection Request, Send Email, or Send InMail.

Select the option to include a video. You can either:

- Use pre-recorded content.
 

- Record a new video by clicking the + Create Video button.

Ensure your camera and microphone are properly set up with access permissions enabled.

- Scenario Name: For internal organization.
- Title: Visible to your prospects.
- Subtitle: Add descriptive text.
 
 For both the title and subtitle, placeholders can be used. These placeholders will automatically pull personalized data from each prospect’s profile, ensuring your message is tailored to the recipient.

- Customize your avatar size (black circle in the bottom-left corner).
- Enable or disable image mirroring.
- Adjust scroll speed during recording.
   


Click "Start Recording". As you speak, interact with your prospect’s LinkedIn profile using the on-screen panel to align the visuals with your dialogue.

Add a Call-to-Action (CTA) message with a clickable link (e.g., a Calendly link embeds a calendar on the landing page).

Customize your landing page by assigning a custom domain.

Once finished, click Save in the top-right corner. Your video is now ready to use in your campaign!

Accessing OttoMatey Videos Through the Resources Tab

You can also create and manage videos from the Resources Tab:

Go to the Resources Tab in the left sidebar.

Select My OttoMatey Videos at the top of the page.

Follow the steps above to create a new video.

Select Preview to review your video.
