With OttoMatey, enriching a prospect’s email helps you find the most reliable and effective contact information by leveraging our internal databases. This guide explains the three methods available for enriching your prospects and how to use them effectively.
Mass-Enrichment of Prospects
Go to the Prospects Tab:
Navigate to the Prospects tab in your OttoMatey dashboard.
Select Prospects:
Manually select individual prospects or use the checkbox at the top to select multiple prospects for mass enrichment.
Enrich Prospects:
After making your selections, click Enrich.
Possible Outcomes:
Success: New contact information will be added to the prospect’s profile.
No Results: If OttoMatey cannot locate additional contact details, you’ll see a notification indicating this.
Enriching an Individual Prospect
Open the Prospect Inbox:
Within the Prospect tab, locate and open the inbox of the prospect you want to enrich.
Enrich the Prospect:
Click on Enrich Prospect to retrieve updated contact information.
Enrichment via Campaign Steps
Create a New Campaign:
When setting up a campaign, add Enrich Profile as one of the steps.
Automatic Enrichment:
This step ensures that all prospects added to the campaign are enriched automatically, saving you from manual enrichment tasks.
Credits and Costs:
1 Credit Per Enrichment: Enriching a prospect’s email costs 1 credit.
No Charge for Failures: If OttoMatey cannot find verified contact details, no credits will be deducted.
Use Enriched Contact Information:
In subsequent campaign steps (e.g., Send Email or Send SMS), you can prioritize the enriched email or phone number for outreach.
Enriched Emails vs. Personal Emails
Personal Emails:
Extracted directly from a prospect’s LinkedIn account.
Low likelihood of availability and accuracy.
Enriched Emails:
Pulled from OttoMatey’s verified databases.
Significantly higher reliability and validity for outreach.
Using enriched emails ensures better communication success and minimizes the risk of outdated or incorrect contact details.
