With OttoMatey’s Notes feature, you can create and manage individual notes directly from your inbox, helping you stay organized and maintain important details about your prospects, clients, and daily tasks.

How to Create a Note

Follow these steps to add a note directly in OttoMatey:

  1. Navigate to the Inbox: Open the Inbox or access the Inbox View from the Prospects Tab.

  2. Select the "Note" Option: In the horizontal channel menu, click on "Note."

  3. Start creating your note.

  4. Type Your Note: Enter the details you want to save.

  5. Save Your Note: Once done, click "Save" to store it.

Where Can I Find My Notes?

Your notes are easily accessible in two main locations:

Inbox View

  • Find notes related to specific projects, contacts, or tasks under the "Notes" tab in the Inbox View.

  • This allows you to see notes alongside other key information for a comprehensive overview of each prospect.

Prospects View

  • Access notes through the Prospect Tab when you click on a contact.

  • The notes will appear in a hovering window, making it easy to switch between contact details and your notes.
