Pipedrive Integration

OttoMatey provides a seamless two-way integration with Pipedrive, allowing you to effortlessly add and manage your deals directly from either your OttoMatey Pipeline or Pipedrive account.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through connecting Pipedrive to OttoMatey and provide tips to ensure your integration works flawlessly.


How to Connect Your Pipedrive Account

  1. Log in to your OttoMatey account.

  2. Navigate to the Integrations tab.

  3. Filter by CRM Integrations.

  4. Locate and select Pipedrive Integration.

  5. Click Connect.

  6. You’ll be redirected to the Pipedrive login page. Enter your credentials and confirm the integration.

How to Add Deals

Adding deals to your OttoMatey Pipeline and Pipedrive is straightforward:

  1. Find your prospect in the Inbox.

  2. Select the prospect you want to add to your CRM.

  3. On the Profile Card under CRM Deals, click + New Deal.

  4. Choose the deal stage and fill in the required details:

    • Deal Name

    • Value

    • Currency

  5. Click Create.


Alternative Way to Add Deals

You can also add deals via the Pipeline tab:

  1. Navigate to the Pipeline tab on your dashboard.

  2. From the dropdown menu at the top of the page, select Pipedrive.

  3. Hover over the screen and click + Add Deal.

  4. Fill in the required fields, including:

    • Deal Name

    • Pipeline

    • Stage

    • Amount

    • Owner

    • Probability

    • Status

  5. Assign the relevant prospects and companies to the deal.

  6. Once completed, click Create.

The deal will automatically sync between OttoMatey and Pipedrive.

Syncing Updates

  • Any updates made to a deal’s stage, value, currency, name, or status (won/lost) in either OttoMatey or Pipedrive will automatically reflect in both platforms.

  • If updates don’t appear in OttoMatey immediately, refresh your deals:

    • Go to the Pipeline tab.

    • Click the synchronization button in the top-right corner.

Additional Notes

  • You can link multiple CRMs to a single OttoMatey account.

  • If you manage several pipelines in Pipedrive, each will sync with OttoMatey. You can manually select which pipeline to assign a deal.

  • OttoMatey’s Pipedrive integration is available in the Pipedrive Marketplace for added convenience.
