If you remember adding a prospect but can't seem to find them in your Prospects tab, don't worry! There are several places to check, and we'll walk you through each one.
How to Find a Missing Prospect
1. Check the "Outside of Campaigns" status
Look for this filter in your Prospects tab. If you don't see it, you can temporarily enable it in your Whitelabel settings (if you have admin rights), check for your prospect, then disable it again when you're done.
2. Check the "Pending" state
Your prospect may be sitting in a Pending state. Apply the Pending filter in the Prospects tab to see these β they're hidden by default.
3. Check the "Excluded" status
Similarly, excluded prospects won't appear in the default view. Apply the Excluded filter to check here too.
π‘ Tip: Try combining filters for a broader search β for example, Pending + Outside of Campaigns or Excluded + Outside of Campaigns β to cover more ground at once.
4. Check inside Archived campaigns
Navigate to: Prospects tab β Filters β Campaigns β Archived β select the archived campaign β Apply.
5. Check your workspace deduplication settings
If multiple Social Accounts are connected to your workspace, check whether the "Deduplicate new profiles within workspace" setting is enabled (found in Workspace Settings). If it is, the prospect may be listed under a different Social Account in the same workspace.
