Understanding the difference between Excluded and Removed prospects is crucial for managing your campaigns effectively.
What Does "Excluded" Mean?
A prospect marked as Excluded has been added to the Blacklist but remains part of the ongoing campaign.
No further actions or interactions will occur with this prospect.
What Does "Removed" Mean?
A prospect marked as Removed is no longer part of any campaign.
Under their campaign name, you’ll see "No Campaign" listed.
How to Identify Removed Prospects
Navigate to the Prospects tab.
Use the Show Prospects Outside of Campaigns filter (if available for your workspace).
By understanding these statuses, you can better manage your outreach efforts and ensure prospects are handled appropriately based on your campaign goals.
