Understanding how to filter prospects and how statuses interact with tags will help you navigate your prospect lists more effectively.
How to Filter by Status
By default, the Prospects list omits those with PENDING and EXCLUDED statuses.
To display these prospects, simply click on the Filter icon in the Prospects tab, select the desired status from the options provided, and hit Apply filters. This will reveal prospects with those specific states/statuses.
đđ» You can also view prospects by a particular status within a campaign.
Navigate to the Campaign tab, find the desired campaign, and select the status (e.g., Contacted). This will generate a list of all prospects currently holding that status in the selected campaign.
Viewing Excluded Prospects Outside of Campaigns
A prospect in your campaign can simultaneously be excluded and outside of any of your campaigns. You can view them by filtering Excluded and toggling Show Prospects Outside of Campaigns on:
How Pending Status and Tags (Lead / Customer) Work
Right now, the Pending status takes priority over tags like Lead or Customer.
What this means:
Pending is assigned automatically by the system.
If a prospect has the Pending status, they will appear in the Pending column â even if youâve tagged them as Lead.
When filtering by Lead, those prospects will not appear.
Similarly, if a prospect is tagged as Lead, they wonât show up under the Replied filter â theyâll appear under Lead instead.
Why does it work this way?
Campaign statuses are mutually exclusive. A prospect can only appear under one status at a time when filters are applied.
Also, tags donât automatically change when a prospect is moved between campaigns. Because of that, a prospectâs tag and their current campaign status may not always match.
If you canât find a contact under a specific filter, check:
whether theyâre currently in Pending
whether a tag (like Lead or Customer) is overriding the filter youâre using
