Your Inbox is a tab where you can manage and engage with all your prospects, with seamless integration into your LinkedIn Inbox for quick access to your conversations. This article will walk you through navigating these features to maximize your interactions.
Accessing Your Inbox
To open your Inbox, click on the Inbox tab on the left-hand side of the screen:
By default, the first conversations that appear in your inbox are from LinkedIn + Email campaigns, followed by Email-only campaigns.
So, if you're expecting a message from an Email-only campaign and don't see it right away, it doesn’t mean it’s missing. You may just need to scroll down to find the Email-only conversations.
Alternatively, you can use Filters to view only specific types of messages. Go to Filters > Channel > Email Only, and the chat you're looking for should appear at the top.
Filtering Your Conversations
The Filter button allows you to sort your conversations using various criteria.
Options
Show Prospects Outside of Campaigns – Displays conversations with prospects not engaged in any of your campaigns.
Show Only Paused Prospects – Shows conversations where the campaign has been paused.
Channel
Sort conversations based on the outreach channel:
All Channels – Displays all conversations, regardless of outreach type.
Social Only – Shows conversations within Social + Email campaigns.
Email Only – Displays only conversations from Email campaigns.
Campaigns
Filter conversations to view only those within specific campaigns by selecting one or more campaigns.
Statistics
Sort conversations based on email interaction:
Opened Emails – Shows conversations where the prospect has opened an email at least once.
Bounced Emails – Displays conversations where the email was undelivered.
Dialog Status
Sort conversations by:
Unread Messages – Conversations where your message remains unopened.
Started Within 7 Days – Recently initiated conversations.
No Reply Within 7 Days – Conversations where no response has been received.
Only with Notes – Displays conversations where internal notes have been added.
Prospect Info
Filter conversations based on additional prospect details:
Upcoming Meetings – Displays conversations with scheduled Calendly meetings.
Personal Email – Shows conversations with prospects contacted via personal email.
Work Email – Displays conversations with prospects reached via work email.
Enriched Email – Shows contacts reached via their enriched email.
Prospect Status
Leads – Shows conversations with prospects marked as Leads.
Customers – Displays conversations with prospects marked as Customers.
Labels
Organize conversations by filtering prospects assigned specific custom labels.
Auto Labels
Conversations tagged by the AI sentiment detector can also be filtered. Refer to our Auto Labels article for more details.
Additional Filters
Click the arrow at the top of the window for more filtering options:
All – Displays all conversations.
Unread – Shows conversations with unopened messages.
Replied – Displays conversations where a prospect has responded.
Starred – Filters conversations marked with a star.
Archived – Shows archived conversations.
No Reply – Displays conversations where the prospect opened your message but didn’t respond.
Managing Conversations: Starring & Archiving
You can manage conversations individually by clicking the three-dot menu next to a conversation:
Mark as Unread – Keeps the message unread.
Refresh Dialog – Reloads the conversation thread.
Star a Dialog – Adds a star for easy access (also available via the star icon under the prospect’s photo).
Archive a Dialog – Moves the conversation to your archived folder.
You can also refresh all conversations at once using the refresh button at the bottom of the dialog list.
