Regularly updating your password is an important habit for maintaining account security. Whether you’re enhancing your account’s protection or simply strengthening your password, here’s how to change it quickly and easily:
If You Remember Your Current Password
Follow these five steps to update your password:
On your dashboard, go to the top right corner where your name is displayed and click the drop-down arrow.
Select Workspace Settings.
In the User Settings section, find and click on the Password tab.
Enter your new password in the designated field and confirm it to ensure accuracy.
Click the Change Password button to finalize the update.
Your password has now been successfully changed.
If You Don’t Remember Your Current Password
Follow these steps to recover and update your password:
Go to https://app.ottomatey.com/ and click Forgot Password.
Enter your email address and click the Restore Password button.
The system will prompt you to check your email inbox. If you don’t see the email, check your Spam/Junk folder.
In the email, click Reset Password. You’ll be redirected to a page where you can enter your new password.
Enter and confirm your new password, then click Change Password to complete the update.
You can now log in to your OttoMatey account using your email and new password.
