This category tracks where each prospect stands in your outreach journey. The following statuses fall under Prospect Communication: NEW, CONTACTED, CONNECTED, REPLIED, and UNREACHABLE.
NEW
| The prospect has just been added to the campaign and is awaiting initial contact. |
CONTACTED
| Prospects who have been reached at least once via steps such as Send Connection Request, Send InMail, Send Message, or Invite by Email. |
CONNECTED
| Prospects who have accepted your connection request on Social. |
REPLIED
| Prospects who have responded to emails or Social messages. Campaigns for these prospects are automatically paused upon reply. |
UNREACHABLE
| It is highly likely that this profile does not exist. If you go to the prospect's page, you will see a notification saying "This page does not exist". |
