This article outlines the process for identifying people who replied to past campaigns and enrolling them into a new follow-up campaign within OttoMatey.
This is ideal for creating campaigns specifically for warm leads, such as those who have shown interest or replied positively to earlier outreach, without having to manually export lists from Sales Navigator.

STEP 4: Activate the Campaign for These Prospects
Goal: Ensure prospects actually receive the new campaign messages.

Go to the new campaign and open the list of prospects you just moved.
Review the steps they are enrolled in to confirm they match your follow-up strategy.
If they are Paused, you have two options:
For individual prospects: Click the Resume button next to their name.
For multiple prospects: Select all, click Action, then choose Resume Campaign.
Verify they are now Active and ready to receive messages.
