Prospects and Search: Managing Campaign Prospects

The Prospects tab serves as a central hub for managing all prospects across your campaigns. By understanding its features, you can streamline your workflow and improve efficiency.


Locating the Tab

To access the Prospects tab, click Prospects from the left sidebar.

Within this section, you’ll find a detailed list of your prospects, including:

  • Associated campaigns

  • Upcoming actions

  • Companies they represent

  • Contact information

At the top, you’ll see several key options for interacting with your prospects:

  • Enrich: Retrieve verified contact information for your prospects.

  • Action: Apply various actions to selected prospects or all prospects by using the checkboxes.

    • Pause or resume campaigns

    • Transfer prospects between campaigns

    • Remove or exclude prospects from campaigns

    • Remove prospects from the blacklist

    • Modify assigned labels

  • Push to CRM: Send prospects directly to your CRM.

  • Export: Export prospect information as a CSV file.

    • Export selected prospects or retrieve data from all pages (up to 3,000 entries per export).

Filters

Use the Filter icon in the top left corner to refine your search. Available filters include:

  • Labels: Sort prospects by custom labels.

  • Auto Labels: AI-generated labels based on your communications with prospects.

  • Status: Filter by campaign status (e.g., Contacted, Connected, Replied). Learn more about statuses here.

  • Prospect Info: Sort by personal or work email addresses.

  • Profile Options: Show only open or closed profiles.

  • Viewed Options: Filter profiles based on whether they have been viewed and if relevant information has been gathered.

    • Default: No data on whether the profile is open or closed.

    • Viewed: Profiles where information has been successfully gathered.

    • Not Viewed: Profiles without gathered data.

  • Connected Date: Filter by connection date within a specific time range.

  • Approval Status: Filter prospects based on whether steps are approved, on hold, or pending approval.

  • Waiting Status:

    • Default: No specific waiting condition applied.

    • Waiting for Prospect Action: Awaiting a response or action from the prospect (e.g., connection or InMail requests).

    • Waiting for Delay Between Steps: Paused due to a scheduled delay.

    • Not Waiting: Campaign is actively progressing without delays.

  • Campaign: Filter prospects by specific campaigns.

  • Next Step: Display prospects based on their next scheduled action in a Simple campaign.

  • Next Condition: Filter prospects by the next condition applied in a Smart campaign.

  • Replied After Step: Sort prospects by campaign steps that triggered their replies (requires selecting a campaign first).

Prospect Finder™ (Search Tab)

Note: The Prospect Finder™ is now located in a separate tab on your dashboard.

The Search tab provides access to a vast database of prospects sourced internally by OttoMatey. Features include:

  • Filters for Enriched Only or Recently Verified prospects (those with up-to-date information).

  • Options to add prospects to campaigns in bulk or select individual ones.

Use the filters on the right to narrow your search results further.
