Connecting an email address to your OttoMatey account is a simple process that ensures seamless communication for your campaigns. Follow these steps to get started:
Steps to Connect Your Mailbox
Log in to Your Workspace
Once logged in, navigate to the left-hand panel.
Go to Mailboxes
Select Mailboxes and click on + Connect Mailbox.
Choose Your Inbox Type
From the options provided, select your email provider.
Enter Login Details or Credentials
Depending on your selection, you’ll either log in through a secure page or input your SMTP details manually.
Success!
Once the process is complete, your email account will be successfully connected.
Add More Mailboxes (Optional)
If you need to connect additional accounts, click Connect Inbox under the list of connected emails.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Each OttoMatey seat allows up to 5 connected emails.
