Canceling your OttoMatey Subscription

Important Information

OttoMatey requires 14 days' written notice for all cancellations.

We’d love to hear your feedback and discuss your experience. If you’re open to it, please:

  • Schedule a call with your Account Executive.

  • Contact OttoMatey Support Chat for assistance.

Criteria for Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel future payments and ensure your request is processed, both of the following conditions must be met:

  1. 14 Days' Written Notice

    • Contact customer support through our Live Chat or send an email to [email protected] at least 14 days before your subscription renewal date.

  2. No Active Contract Commitments

    • You are not bound by a Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual Contract.

Additional Details

  • These requirements also apply to renewals of annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly plans.

  • Once your subscription ends, you will no longer have access to your OttoMatey account or any associated data. Canceling may result in permanent loss of your stored data.

We encourage all customers to carefully manage their accounts and review the terms of our service agreements to avoid unexpected charges.
