Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrading with OttoMatey is quick and hassle-free. Here’s how you can do it:
Reach Out to Your Account Manager
Contact your account manager directly for personalized assistance.
Use Support Chat (For Basic Users Only)
Access our Support Chat feature to get help with your upgrade.
Visit the Billing Section
Navigate to the Billing tab in your dashboard.
From there, you can:
Update your service level.
Switch to an annual plan to take advantage of OttoMatey Annual Pricing.
Downgrading Your Plan
If you’re looking to downgrade, we’ve outlined the steps and requirements below:
Downgrade Requirements
To successfully downgrade your plan, the following criteria must be met:
14 Days' Written Notice
Reach out to our Live Chat for assistance at least 14 days in advance.
No Remaining Time on Current Plan
Ensure you have no remaining time on your Semi-Annual or Annual Plan.
Important Note:
If the above criteria are not met, your written notice will apply to the next subscription cycle or contract term.
