AI-Powered Labels

Updated over 2 months ago

OttoMatey’s AI-Powered Labels provide insight into your prospects' sentiments, helping you gauge engagement levels at a glance. With eight core sentiment categories, you’ll always know where your conversations stand.

How AI-Powered Labeling Works

When activated, OttoMatey analyzes the most recent messages in your conversation and forwards them to OpenAI for categorization. Based on the AI’s classification, a relevant label is automatically assigned to the prospect.

How to Enable AI-Powered Labels

  1. Upgrade to the Growth Plan or higher. Contact your Account Executive or visit Subscription Settings to upgrade.

  2. If you’re already on the Growth Plan:

    • Click on your username in the top-right corner.

    • From the drop-down menu, select Workspace Settings.

    • Under Workspace Settings, choose Auto Labels.

    • Toggle on AI-Powered Sentiment Analysis.

Once enabled, Auto Labels will apply to all conversations automatically.

What Each Label Means

Interested

The prospect shows genuine interest.

  • Example 1: “This sounds quite interesting! Can you provide more details on how this would benefit our operations?”

  • Example 2: “I’ve been looking for a solution like this. Could we schedule a call to discuss further?”

Neutral

Small talk or indifferent responses.

  • Example 1: “Thanks for connecting.”

  • Example 2: “Likewise.”

Not Interested

The prospect indicates disinterest.

  • Example 1: “Thanks for the info, but we’re not looking to make any changes.”

  • Example 2: “I don’t think this is a good fit for us.”

Hard No

The prospect explicitly rejects further conversation.

  • Example 1: “Unsubscribe.”

  • Example 2: “No, thanks.”

Wrong Contact

The prospect is not the right person and hasn’t provided a referral.

  • Example 1: “I’m not the decision maker for this at XYZ Company.”

  • Example 2: “I’m not the person who handles decisions like this. Sorry!”

Making an Introduction

The prospect provides a referral or points to the correct contact.

  • Example 1: “You might want to reach out to Jane Doe at [email protected].”

  • Example 2: “This isn’t my area, but our purchasing department can help.”

Out of Office

The prospect is currently unavailable.

  • Example 1: “I’m out of the office and will return on MM/DD/YYYY.”

  • Example 2: “For urgent matters, please contact [Alternate Contact].”

Additional Notes

  • Labels remain attached to a prospect even if the feature is later disabled.

  • Labeling is managed by AI, so manual changes to labels are not possible.

  • Each labeling request incurs a system charge.
