How to Set Up AI Employees
1. Access the AI Employee Dashboard
Navigate to Workspace Settings > AI Employees.
From here, you can create or manage AI Employees.
2. Create a New AI Employee
Click + Create Employee.
(Optional) Generate Company Research: Provide your company’s website URL and define your target audience. This step gathers insights to refine prospect interactions.
Review and edit the research data, including the generated Q&A section.
Research results are accessible via User Settings > Company Research and can be regenerated.
Select an Avatar: Choose an avatar to represent your AI Employee.
Targeting Setup
Define your prospect search parameters:
Job Titles: Input relevant job titles or choose from dropdown options.
Country: Currently limited to the United States.
State/Region: Select the target state(s).
Industries: Type and select applicable industries.
Company Size: Specify by employee count.
Automatically Expand Search Criteria:
Enable this option to broaden your search when no new prospects match the criteria.
Objective Configuration
Customize the AI Employee’s tone, messaging, and purpose:
Problem to Solve: Define the challenges prospects face.
Solution: Explain how your service or product addresses the problem.
Interest: Highlight why prospects should engage with your offering.
Language: Choose from multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, and more.
Tone: Set the desired tone for prospect communications.

Case Studies
Showcase up to three successful examples.
Include details like the company helped, the issue resolved, and optional links.
Free Value Proposals
Highlight offers available for free.
Specify the actions required to claim them and their benefits.
Q&A
Add or edit questions and answers related to your services.
The Q&A section is dynamically used by the AI Employee for tailored responses.
Calendly Integration
Integrate Calendly to automate meeting scheduling:
Connect Calendly if not already integrated.
Configure:
Users: Select the user sending invitations.
Event Type: Choose the meeting type from Calendly.
Approval Settings: Choose between Manual or Automatic approval.
Set follow-up message preferences.
Finish Setup: Click Finish Update to save your AI Employee.
Managing AI Employees
Editing AI Employees
Navigate to Workspace Settings > AI Employees.
Use the three-dot menu to edit or delete AI Employees.
Adding AI Employees to Campaigns
Assign an AI Employee during campaign creation or editing.
Update or reset targeting settings to align with AI Employee preferences.
Using AI Employees in the Inbox
Assign an AI Employee to prospect conversations directly from the Inbox.
Switch or disable AI Employees at any time via the right-hand sidebar.
