The platform gives you powerful controls to manage your account, security, and system behavior — all from one centralized dashboard. If you’ve ever wondered where a specific setting lives or how to adjust your account basics, this guide will walk you through everything step by step.
To access your settings, open your dashboard and click the Settings tab. Each section is designed to help you customize the platform to fit your workflow.
Account Settings Overview
In the Account Settings section, you can manage the essentials of your account, including:
Updating your Social account password
Verifying your account type
Checking your subscription status
Monitoring your Social Selling Index (SSI) score
These settings help you keep your account secure and ensure you’re on the right plan for your outreach needs.
Inbox Sync Interval Settings
Further down the page, you’ll find Inbox Sync Interval Settings. This controls how often your Social Inbox synchronizes with your connected account during and outside system operating hours.
You can adjust the sync frequency using simple toggles.
How Inbox Sync Works (Example)
If your sync interval is set to 20 minutes, the platform syncs when a message arrives, then waits the full 20 minutes before syncing again. Any messages that arrive during that time are included in the next sync. If no new messages arrive, the system doesn’t run another sync.
Why Sync May Take Longer
You may notice longer sync intervals if:
There are no active campaigns (sync pauses for security reasons)
It’s outside system operating hours
Proxy-related issues occur
If you believe a proxy is causing delays, contact Customer Support for assistance.
Refreshing Conversations Manually
To refresh a single conversation:
Open the Inbox
Locate the conversation
Click the three-dot menu
Select Refresh dialog
To refresh the entire Inbox, click the Sync button in the Inbox.
Basic Inbox Sync Booster
If you’re on a Basic Social Subscription, you can request the Basic Inbox Sync Booster. This feature increases sync frequency — even outside system operating hours — ensuring your Inbox stays up to date.

Disconnecting Your LinkedIn Account
If you ever need to delete your account, scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page and click Disconnect in the lower-right corner.
