The AI Content Assistant is your go-to tool when you’re feeling stuck or need to craft clever, personalized replies quickly. With this feature, you can save time while maintaining high-quality communication with your prospects.
Accessing the Feature
To unlock this feature, upgrade to the Growth Plan or higher. You can do this by:
Contacting your Sales Representative.
Managing your subscription in the Billing tab.
Generating Responses in the Inbox
Navigate to your Inbox and select the prospect you want to reply to.
Click the magic wand icon below the message field.
Customizing Your Message
Choose a tone for your message or create a custom tone.
Click Generate to produce a draft message.
Review the AI-generated message:
To refine the draft, type a new goal or prompt and click Refine.
For a completely new message, click the arrow beside Refine and select Recreate.
Once satisfied, click Send to deliver the message immediately or the clock icon to schedule it for later.
💡Pro Tip: When typing your own prompt, specify the message type (e.g., email, message) for the most accurate results.
Using AI Content Assistant in Campaigns
The AI Content Assistant is also available when setting up campaign steps with text.
When configuring a campaign, click the Show AI button.
Enter your draft message or describe your goal in your own words. You can also select one of the AI’s suggested options.
Use Refine or Recreate to tailor the message to your needs.
Accessing Recent Prompts
Click the small clock icon under Refine to view a list of recent prompts.
Select a previous message and click Insert Message to reuse it.
