How to Add Multiple Users to Your Workspace

If you need to give multiple users access to your OttoMatey workspace, follow these steps to provide each user with their own login credentials.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access Workspace Settings

    • Click the dropdown arrow in the top-left corner of your page (next to the bell icon).

    • Select Workspace Settings from the menu.

  2. Manage Member Access

    • In the Workspace Settings panel, click Members.

  3. Invite New Members

    • Click Invite Member and enter the email addresses of the individuals you want to invite.

  4. Configure Access Permissions

    • Under the Tabs section, set access permissions for each invitee.

    • Note: These permissions only apply when sending invites via email, not when using an invite code.

  5. Assign Roles

    • In the bottom-left corner, choose the user's role:

      • Member: Limited access.

      • Admin: Full access to manage the workspace.

  6. Alternative: Use an Invite Code

    • Generate an invite code and share it with the users.

  7. Join the Workspace: They can join your workspace by entering the code in the Invite Code field during the sign-up process.

By assigning individual login credentials and configuring permissions, you can maintain a secure and efficient workspace while providing tailored access to your team.
