How to Create and Assign Success and Sales Managers to a Workspace

In OttoMatey, White Label (WL) managers oversee specific workspaces. These managers help ensure smooth operations and efficient management within their assigned areas.


Types of White Label Managers

There are three categories of WL managers:

  • Success: Focuses on customer success and retention.

  • Sales: Handles sales-related tasks and performance.

  • Success + Sales: Combines responsibilities from both roles.

Note: Users can only see their assigned Success Manager on their dashboard.

Adding and Removing WL Managers

  1. Access the Admin Panel

    • Navigate to the Admin Panel and select Whitelabels.

  2. Choose the Desired White Label

    • Select the white label workspace you want to manage.

  3. Go to the Managers Section

    • In the settings menu, click Managers on the left-hand sidebar.

  4. Modify Managers

    • To delete or edit an existing manager, click the three-dot icon next to their name and select the desired action.

  5. Add a New Manager

    • Click the + Create Manager button in the top-right corner.

    • Choose the type of manager you wish to add.

    • To assign a Success + Sales manager, enable both toggles.

Assigning a WL Manager to a Workspace

  1. Find the Workspace

    • In the Admin panel, search for the workspace by entering its name in the Search field.

  2. Scroll to the Assigned Team Section

    • Locate the Assigned Success & Sales Team section.

  3. Assign Managers

    • Use the dropdown menus to assign Success and Sales Managers to the workspace.

    • All changes are saved automatically.

Viewing Assigned Managers

The interface displays how the assigned manager will appear to end users on their dashboard, ensuring transparency and clarity for everyone involved.
